Refund policy

We want you to love your PRDNC pieces. If something isn’t right, contact us at hello@prdnc.shop within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Custom, final-sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
